Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. You pay after the walk-around, when you are happy — cash, credit/debit card, Zelle or Venmo.
How far out are you booking?
Usually within the week, sometimes next day. Ceramic coatings and two-step corrections take a full day so they book 1–2 weeks out in busy months.
What if it rains?
Interiors go ahead as long as we can work in a garage or under cover. Exteriors and coatings are rescheduled — we will text you the evening before if the forecast is bad, and you never pay for a cancelled visit.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — just give us 24 hours' notice if you can so the slot can go to someone else. No cancellation fee.
